Refund Policy

1. Food Products Policy

Due to the nature of our products (fresh food items), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery
  • The order was not delivered

3. Reporting Issues

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins
  • Once preparation starts, cancellation is not allowed
